- A refund can only be processed if the purchased digital product has not been downloaded or used on your website or device. We verify download logs via our server before processing any request.
- Once a product is downloaded, unzipped, or used, the refund request will generally not be eligible due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods.
Non-Replaceable Products
- Our products are non-replaceable. Once purchased, you cannot exchange or swap one file for another.
- Each purchase is considered final, subject only to the refund eligibility criteria mentioned above.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your refund request via email, our team will verify the download status of the file.
- If the request is approved (i.e., the file was not downloaded), we will initiate the refund to your original payment method (via Razorpay or the gateway used).
- Refunds are typically processed and credited back to your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
